The Business Change Manager will provide change management delivery in the implementation of the portfolio of Digital Workplace activity across the Business Technology & Transformation function.

The BCM will ensure effective reporting and delivery plans are produced and tracked for the change management and engagement delivery of the programme. The role will have a focus on building a culture of digital and agile thinking across the Transformation organisation.

Principal accountabilities:

1. Responsibility for change management and delivery in the implementation of the portfolio of Digital Workplace activity across the IT&T function

2. Responsibility for driving and building a culture of digital and agile thinking across the Transformation organisation through effective change management techniques and working with key stakeholders

3. Ensure effective reporting, control procedures and delivery plans are produced for all initiatives, tracked for the change management and engagement delivery of the programme

4. Participate in evolving methodologies, processes, tools and techniques to drive maximum value in the delivery of an effective Digital portfolio

5 Prepare and deliver materials to ensure effective implementation of change across the organisation and to actively encourage cultural change and collaboration in alignment with strategy and values

6. Ensure that the principles of Conduct Risk are embedded into your day to day operations to deliver good customer outcomes at all times.

7. To ensure approach to and work delivered supports L&G's commitment to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)?to ensure the right outcome and excellent service delivery.?

Qualifications
  • PROSCI/Adkar Lean & Six Sigma & change qualifications (not all are required)

Skills/Experience
  • Change management experience with track record of effective project delivery and reporting
  • Experience of driving and implementing change delivery plans across complex geographical / functional matrix organizations.?
  • Proven track record of supporting the delivery of large, complex, change and technology initiatives with technology appreciation and awareness
  • Track record of mentoring and training user champions
  • Track record of building effective relationships to ensure approved agreed delivery plans
  • Proven background in adapting to trends and openness to new ideas
  • Ensuring change management confidence across all levels with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work independently focusing on priorities, and managing a high-volume of tasks, deadlines, requirements, and decisions
  • Collaborative worker who freely shares their knowledge and experience with good influencing skills, ability to develop and mentor individuals
  • Develop, get buy-in and deliver approaches across the organisation and wider division and track record of building effective relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully engage and influence a broad range of individuals across various internal and external businesses and support functions
  • Financial Services background preference
