Helpdesk Administrator - Romford - (FTC 6-Months) - £25k pro rata

I am recruiting for an experienced facilities Helpdesk administrator based in Romford, it is a great opportunity for the right candidate to further their career within facilities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in within administration and Helpdesk, preferably within facilities.

The ideal candidate will be immediately available and able to start at short notice. You will require an understanding of administration with a proven track record in offices or any other commercial site.

  • Salary: £25,000
  • 25 days holiday

  • Work for an exciting and fast paced site.

Duties will include
  • General administration work
  • Dealing with Maintenance Engineers- Assigning them to jobs
  • Closing jobs down when they are completed
  • PPMS
  • Raising Purchase orders
  • Invoicing

  • Proven admin experience
  • Good communication skills
