I am partnering a luxury, contemporary RTW and Accessories brand to find a Store Manager for their new boutique opening in Ashford.

This is part of the expansion plan within Ashford outlet- with lots of new luxury brands opening stores!!

An iconic fashion brand who are renowned worldwide for the cutting-edge approach to style, are looking for an Assistant Manager to join their Flagship boutique in London.

-Assisting the Store Manager in optimising the sales and profits
-Ensure customers gain a great retail experience in store.
-Ensure that the brand procedures are met with constantly looking for improvements.
-Manage the operations on a strategic and tactical level with a clear vision.
-Commercial function focused on the organisation of all activities within store.

Candidate requirements:

- Store Management experience is essential
-You are strong in building and maintaining relationships and you also like to work with different departments, you think ahead and work structured
-Experience and ability to delivery of a high level customer service.
-Retail operations, customer service, sales experience required
-Communicate honestly, openly and constructively
-Supporting in building team commitment and lead by example
-Demonstrate flexibility and innovation in recognising and reacting to the changing business environment
-Insure high motivation level to achieve challenging but obtainable goals with an emphasis on service quality, and customer satisfaction.
-Outlet experience is desirable

In return my client will pay up to £35,000 plus bonus and benefits
