Raeburn Recruitment have a requirement for an Invoice Administrator to work with our Oil & Gas client. This is a 10 month fixed-term contract based in Aberdeen.

A position has arisen to provide maternity cover within their fast paced commercial department. The Invoice Administrator is required to progress their identified job tasks in a diligent and efficient way as directed by the Commercial Analyst. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Collating and inputting invoice data for specified contract weekly and carry out checks and investigations as required.
- Preparation of monthly sales invoices; ensuring all invoices are reviewed for accuracy and are posted in line with the monthly deadlines
- Ensuring that project invoicing is carried out in accordance with terms and conditions of contracts and internal targets are met, along with timely resolution of commercial disputes or invoice queries
- Minimising level of work carried as Work In Progress.

To be considered for this opportunity you should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Proven track record in related activity
- Experience of sales invoicing with high values
- Experience of billing labour, materials and equipment for large projects/contracts
- Previous SAP experience is desirable
