The Client & Role
  • Our Client is a global provider of IT and Network services.
  • The remuneration package consists of up to £55K Basic Salary + 10 % Bonus + Car Allowance.

Role & Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow contractual agreements and manage the entire lifecycle of service delivery to customers.
  • Resolve incidents and respond to escalations in a timely manner.
  • Act as the primary contact for all operational activities.
  • Produce required operational and service delivery reports.
  • Regularly report to clients on contract performance and activities.
  • Ensure that appropriate technical resources are supported by vendors.
  • Arrange timely meeting with vendors to successfully manage performance.
  • Responsible for ensuring that high standard service is provided to clients at all times.
  • Carry out key data analysis and report on contract performance.
  • Understand client needs to be able to meet requirements.
  • Effectively coordinate with and manage vendors to ensure flawless service delivery to clients.

Skills & Experience:
  • IT Industry background is required with focus on Service Management & Operations.
  • In depth experience within the IT Managed Services market.
  • Proven record within IT Service Delivery Management.
  • Successful track record in meeting SLAs.
  • Client focused experience with ability to meet SLAs.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience in using ITSM system such as Service Now and LANDesk.
  • ITIL Foundation (v3) certified (practitioner would be ideal).
  • Current security clearance would be preferred.
  • Strong organizational and prioritising skills.
  • Ability to communicate concisely and confidently.
