Regulated Services Advisor - Recruitment Team:

We have an outstanding opportunity to join a rapidly expanding financial organisation in Swindon.

As a Regulated Services Advisor you will support the recruitment team and the Approved Regulators (AR's) and be responsible for the coordination and administration of regulatory functions that will include carrying out the referencing of new recruits, noting change of details, transfers and terminations whilst ensuring that the work and processes achieve the standards laid out not only by the Company but also the Financial Conduct Authority.

The job offers a lot of variety but will demand keen attention to detail, excellent keyboard skills and above all excellent communication skills both written and oral.

Your key responsibilities/duties on a daily basis will include:

Preparation of regulatory references,
Managing the contract terminations, including ARs and individuals.
Administration of contract suspensions.
Following through the processes for 'fit & proper' and non-standard terminations, suspensions and references.
Completion of change of detail requests.
Accurate and timely communications and notifications to all relevant parties and the Regulator on all of the above.
Supportive in resolving issues and queries, building rapport with other business areas as well as partners & advisers.
Production of monthly and quarterly MI.
Adherence to FCA and Company standards.
Taking ownership of cases.
Extending support for the Regulated Services team, and across the Division.
Your key skills and attributes to carry out this job will include:

Previous financial services experience essential.
FCA knowledge highly advantageous.
Knowledge of Equifax and Companies House systems desirable.
Knowledge and understanding of the Contract, Financial & procedures on Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
Thrives on working in a busy, dynamic environment where multi- tasking is standard.
Capable of providing service excellence and building strong working relationships at all levels.
Strong user of suite of Microsoft Office products, including Excel.
Knowledgeable around GDPR compliance.
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent organisation skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities at short notice.
Interpersonal skills to build and maintain excellent working relationships at all levels internally and with our partners & advisers.
Self-motivated, independent and able to work with limited intervention.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Sound judgement making.
Ability to deal with sensitive situations taking into account wider considerations.
