We are looking for a Technical Account Manager / IT Account Manager to join a very successful MSP in Milton Keynes. You will join a collaborative, well established team and look after a portfolio of customers. They work with some well-known market leading brands and as a Microsoft Gold partner you will also be working with some of the latest technologies.

As you will be working with some well-known brands, you'll relish a high customer-facing role, balancing both a long-term strategic approach and short-term focus with a proven ability to build strong, lasting relationships at various levels.

You must have a technical background to be able to credibly answer customer queries. These may include advice on deploying in the cloud, technology integration and you will lead service optimisation activities for their customers.

The background of this person will either come from a Service Delivery Manager role, someone who works in sales or service delivery in an MSP, a techy that would like to move into account management or you are already in an Account Management role.

*Perform technical reviews and share knowledge to identify and prevent issues
*Understand the technical infrastructure, hardware, processes, and offerings of the customer
*Deliver key portfolio updates and assist customers with upgrades
*Manage customer cases and maintain clear and concise case documentation
*Build a sense of trust with customers and serve as their advocate
*You will create and develop solution patterns that guide platform adoption
*Ensure high level of customer happiness with each qualified engagement
*Visit customer sites as needed (typically twice a week)
