We have a brand new and exciting opportunity with one of Tunbridge Wells' newest firms, who are based in the insurance sector, and are looking for an experienced manager and customer service provider to take responsibility for a growing and expanding and hard-working customer service team.

As Customer Services Manager you will enjoy a full-on and varied role, which will offer autonomy, challenge and pace. Manage a small team within the customer service department who directly look after escalated claim complaints across multiple communication channels. You will be responsible for managing the team directly, developing, monitoring and supporting the team effectively.

Management tasks will include:
- Manage efficiency in regards to budget, procedures and service projects.
- Root-cause analysis to look to fix issues at source.
- Produce weekly and monthly management reports.
- Monthly audits on front line call centre agents and produce/deliver feedback.
- Working to FCA regulations and production of FCA reports.
- Participate and contribute towards departmental projects, training and company procedures
