Mosaic Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic and very well-established organisation in Rainham who are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator on a temporary ongoing basis.

My client is looking for an enthusiastic, committed and experienced individual who is able to demonstrate proven administrative experience. We are looking for a candidate who enjoys a varied working environment and supporting various divisions within a business.

You will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:15am - 4:30pm. You will also be entitled to the following benefits:

Responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator
  • Provide administrative support to both the Accounts and Warehouse function
  • Support the senior Finance Administrator with all areas of administration
  • GR/IR processing
  • Assist the purchasing division with orders
  • Check and process all invoices received
  • Respond to any enquiries via telephone or email when required
  • Maintain the system and ensure it is regularly updated
  • Taking calls and messages when team members are not available
  • Assisting in collating information for other teams
  • General administrative support for the entire office
  • Adhoc duties as and when required

Previous Experience and Competencies of the Accounts Administrator
  • Knowledge of SAP software is highly desirable
  • Experience of GR/IR processing
  • IT literate and competent user of all Microsoft packages
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and resourceful attitude
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to use own initiative and not afraid to ask questions
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
