French-speaking Sales Executive, Luxury Travel Company, £19,000 (£60,000 OTE), Great Benefits, Immediate Start

Our client, an incredibly well-established, global luxury travel company, are looking to recruit a hungry, driven French-speaking sales candidate to join their fun, sociable Central London office on a permanent basis. Having recently secured a huge investment, our client are looking to expand on their market dominance and continue to grow exponentially, so this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate!

Our client over luxurious cruises to VIP customers across the UK and EMEA, and currently have a sales team of 20 in their 100 FTE office (grown from 4 to 25 in the last 2 years due to their incredible success). Given their incredible customer reach and popularity, they have an extensive amount of leads being pulled through to the system on a daily basis, so require additional help in converting into sales. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls to both new and existing customers, converting warm leads into luxury sales/holidays
  • Explaining the details of the cruises on offer, from destinations to amenities onboard
  • Utilising a consultative approach to sell luxury packages
  • Offering a '6 star' service, liaising with clients throughout the whole sales cycle, from initial query to post-travel
  • Closing sales over the phone + gaining referrals for future clients
  • Maintaining accurate records of all clients and potential clients

    In order to be considered for these positions, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
  • Experience in closing sales over the phone in an outbound capacity
  • Fluency (native level) in French - written and verbal
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Fun, sociable telephone manner
  • Ambition to earn money and progress career
  • Understanding of the complete sales cycle
