An amazing independent management consultancy are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to support their friendly Procurement team. This position is 12 month temporary contract covering maternity, offering the opportunity for you to break into this sector as well as further development within the business.

Duties and Responsibilities below:

Support the buying team with all administrative functions
Maintaining strong customer relations through account management and quality service
Understanding customers key requirements and working with the team to create suitable solutions
Raise and submit suitable quotations to clients
Maintenance of the CRM systems
Support with ongoing projects e.g. cost reduction schemes for clientsThe successful candidate will have:

Strong analytical skills using Excel / data sources
Able to work well under pressure, supporting multiple projects at one time
Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Able to complete tasks to a high standard and work to strict deadlines
Reliable and self-motivated This role is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to get into the Buying and Procurement sector. The successful candidate must have an extensive administrative background but not necessarily within Buying/Procurement.

Working hours: Monday - Friday / 08:30-17:00
