We are looking for a creative, customer-centric CRM Manager to join the CRM & Digital Marketing team where you will lead and deliver the CRM vision and strategy, collaborating closely with teams across the business. You'll be working hands on with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, taking ownership of the planning, strategy and delivery of targeted customer campaigns. You will create and implement automated life cycle communications across multiple channels whilst leading and developing a small team. Building campaigns using SFMC, making full use of all Advertising Studio, Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation studio, etc.

You will have the following experience:

- Technical Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience of managing and mentoring a team
- HTML, CSS (SQL a bonus)
- Experience of managing and mentoring a team
