We are looking for a Technical Manager to join a global business and be based in the Midlands.
You will be supporting the Sales Director during a transition process and will include all aspects of technical sales and account management.
You will be supported with two sales coordinators that will handle the majority of the Admin, with quotation generation and Order inputting.

You will be in direct contact with suppliers, sales coordinators, the engineering team and other stake holders within purchasing, production and quality.

The Industrial Market is fast paced so you will be able to meet tight deadlines in a demanding market place.

You will have an application based sales approach to the design / engineering team and purchasing in relation to SEMS, Gas Springs, Screws, etc

BD of new and existing accounts

Providing sales analysis, market feedback, forecasts on a monthly basis

Able to submit sales visit reports through company CRM system covering all relevant data.

You will develop and maximise all opportunities for sales products to new and existing customers and leverage new opportunities for standard products.

Ideally you will have
An engineering degree or equivalent (qualified engineer)
Technical and practical engineering comprehension
Experience selling tech solutions to the industrial market
Ability to provide growth in company market place.
Able to travel and operate cross functionality
Strong negotiation skills
A team player
Ability to work under own initiative
Excellent MS skills
