IT Support Technician
Crawley, West Sussex (office/field based, with approximately 50% of your role travelling to sites throughout the South)
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum Plus Benefits

Dedicated to innovation since 2008, ADXBA offer a range of digital signage solutions for transport, retail and out-of-home environments. We design, install and maintain a vast array of large format screens throughout the UK and Europe.

As part of our expansion, we're looking for a number of IT Support Technicians to join us, predominantly working night shifts, and provide technical support to customers throughout the South of England.

As an IT Support Technician, you will:

- Provide 1st line support, 2nd line support and on-site fault resolution and maintenance
- Manage faults and customer requests, from receipt to resolution and closure
- Carry out service checks and clean digital assets
- Travel to sites, including Gatwick Airport, Heathrow Airport and Stansted Airport
- Take part in an on-call rota
- Occasionally assist with technical installations

To be considered as an IT Support Technician, you'll need:

- Experience in a similar helpdesk or IT service role
- Previous experience and knowledge of display, AV and computer hardware and/or software
- Fluent English communication skills
- A full, valid driving licence

Previous experience of working in an airport environment is desirable.

As this role involves working at airports, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a security check. This will include confirming you've lived in the UK for at least five years and have not been outside of the UK for more than six months at a time. This role is also subject to a DBS check.

Due to the travel requirements of this role, the successful candidate must also be based within one hour of Crawley, Gatwick Airport, Heathrow Airport or Stansted Airport or be willing to relocate.
