The Directorate of Business, Professional and Service Industries have an opportunity for an inspiring, dynamic and committed Front of House Lecturer to join the team on a 0.6 FTE basis.

The successful candidate will deliver inspiring teaching and learning and ensure that our learners are supported to succeed with a focus on monitoring progress, ensuring target grades are met and that all learners achieve to the best of their ability.

Recent high quality industrial experience of working in good quality hospitality environments and teaching and assessing experience in a college hospitality setting are required for this role.

Possession of a teacher training qualification would also be an advantage alongside a TAQA (assessors award) however a willingness to work towards a teaching qualification would be acceptable with appropriate industrial experience.
