About the role

Working in a new and growing Healthcare Data business and team, this new Marketing Manager role will encompass the planning, development and implementation of the marketing & communication programs supporting the development of European Real-World Data & Real-World Evidence and Digital Services including;
  • Data Business Landscape analysis to inform strategic and tactical planning for EU and Affiliates
  • Identification of Client / Partner key issues and opportunities, soliciting input from internal stakeholders, experts & Customers
  • Define marketing & communication programs with objectives, resources, KPIs and expected returns
  • Ensure overall alignment of programs targeted across all Data Business (DB) Affiliates and wider business
  • Support the development of quality relationships with new customers and the establishment of partnerships in areas that will help the business to develop this activity both with the Private & Public sectors
  • Execute programs and activities (communication, events, congresses), working with the internal stakeholders as appropriate
  • Communicate the value proposition and unique selling point of the DB offer to the sales team/Key account managers and develop the sales & marketing tools that support the selling process
  • Lead, sponsor and organize DB programs/materials: In-bound, Out-bound marketing including Corporate DB Websites market/customer understanding, analysis and insight generation at Corporate & Local levels
  • Digital communication content aligned across EU & consistent with Local market & legal conditions
  • Collaborate and communicate Marketing & Communication programs through on-going dialogue between Global & Affiliates, working with affiliates and internal/external stakeholders
  • Monitoring investment, returns and success of marketing programs and KPIs

The ideal person and experience
  • Deep understanding of the Real World Data and/or Pharma markets: competitive environment, players in disease markets, regulatory/legal constrains, distribution channels, promoting channels etc.
  • Demonstrable, extensive experience in Marketing Management from within the healthcare, pharma or related industry
  • Dynamic and engaging, with a drive for results
  • Extensive brand management experience
  • Track record of ability to influence without hierarchical link
  • Successful development and implementation of a business plan and programs/tools
  • Technical marketing skills (needs, segmentation, SWOT analyses, strategic statement and risk assessment)
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Language skills; excellent English, ideally with French, or another 'EU Big 5' language
