This is a great opportunity for a talented Property Lawyer to join a well-established practice in Salisbury.

• General commercial and residential property work
• Acting for property investors
• Entering a joint venture
• Setting up an SPV company
• Delayed completion
• Overage agreements
• Bridging and other loans
• Title splitting
• Supervising and training paralegals
• Networking and business development

**The Candidate**
• Solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of three years' PQE
• Solid experience in both residential conveyancing and commercial property is required
• History of strong billing is important
• Desire to help in the growth of the property department is essential
• Excellent IT and customer care skills
