A large multi faceted Engineering Services company currently has a vacancy for an FRA Manager in their Huddersfield office.

The company installs and maintain a variety of works from Electrical, Security Systems, Fire Alarms, Fire Doors, Building works and more. The company are a over £50 million turnover business employing more than 500 staff. They work regionally with a strong client base of local authority, blue chip and commercial clients.

The FRA Manager will take full responsibility for a divers range of FRA Contract / Projects works ranging in value from £1 million to £5 million.

The Manager wll take ownership of the works providing H&S CDM Documents, Programmes of work, Contract meetings, Interim Valuations, claims for payment, final accounts, O&M Manuals and management of resource.

Applicants will require previous FRA management experience ideally with contracts management experience with Fire Door Installations, Compartmentalisation of works signage and building works. A Trade qualification and or professional qualification is required. The manager will need to be an excellent communicator with experience with the necessary IT programmes to be successful in the role.
