This leading research centre runs a state-of-the-art training facility dedicated to training the engineers of today and tomorrow by embedding them with the skills and knowledge to future proof the UK's manufacturing industry. They offer full apprenticeship courses, HNC/HND and graduate training.

As Programme Delivery Manager you will lead the design, development and delivery of their pioneering training programme from their brand new facility. You will also be responsible for on-site management of the building and facility needs day to day.

Further Responsibilities will include:

The design, development and delivery of a range of education and training programmes
Engaging with marketing, recruitment, apprentice placement and employer engagement teams to ensure enrolment grows to 350+ by 2022
Management of all facilities and operational needs of the site day to day including the health and safety of the site and its learners.
Management of the training team including their performance reviews and ongoing development.
Ensure the continuous improvement and innovative delivery of effective and cost efficient training.
Ensure the quality of the training provided is in line with the requirements of ESFA, Awarding Bodies, Ofsted, internal and external processes and audits.
Stakeholder engagement and customer relationship management
Budget responsibility
For this senior role you will need to evidence prior experience managing an apprenticeship training business, including the set up and growth of new programmes. A technical qualification HNC or above is also required as is a proven track record of successful Ofsted/ESFA audits.
