We have a number of funded Traineeship places for eligible candidates to enroll for a Traineeship that will also offer an NVQ Level II in Spectator Safety - This will enable them to engage with us for work experience and lead to paid flexible work at many live events in London based Venues and Stadiums.

What is a Traineeship?

In August 2013 the government introduced Traineeships for 19 to 24 year-olds in England.

Traineeships are designed to enable learners to progress rapidly to employment or an Apprenticeship. They are comprised of three components:

·Work placement

·Work preparation

·English and Maths

Who are Traineeships for?

The target group for Traineeships will be young people aged between 19 and 24:

·who are not currently in a job and have little work experience, but who are focused on work or the prospect of it

·who are qualified below a full Level 3

·whom providers and employers believe have a reasonable chance of being ready for employment or an Apprenticeship within six months of engaging in a Traineeship.

What do Traineeships include?

Traineeships are focused around a high-quality work placement, but also include English and mathematics for learners who haven't already achieved A*-C at GCSE, plus work preparation training such as CV writing and interview techniques.

Few rules sit behind these three components, so Traineeship providers have plenty of flexibility to react to the needs of each individual learner.

How long does a Traineeship last?

A Traineeship lasts a maximum of six months. It's expected that the duration of the work placement within a Traineeship is a minimum of four weeks and a maximum of five months.
