Procurement Administrator

Ecosurety are looking for an accurate and systematic administrator for our Procurement Team, who has a proactive approach to problem solving and is an effective communicator. The role includes support of the collections service we offer to our customers and will be very hands on and require the ability to manage multiple tasks on a daily basis.

Position: Procurement Administrator
Location: Aztec West, Bristol
Job type: Full Time, Permanent Contract
Hours: 8 hours per day
Salary: £22,000 to £24,000 per annum
Benefits: 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, Gym membership, 5 x salary life insurance, 5% pension, paid sick leave, Happy to talk flexible working.

About the role:

The candidate must be consistent and logical with great attention to detail and have excellent IT skills. They should possess strong organisational and administrative skills with a consistent, timely and logical approach.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for ensuring our data management systems are correct, consistent and updated on a daily basis.
- Provide administration and cover support for the Procurement Team.
- Support Collections service by coordinating logistics services through a network of sub-contractors.
- Liaise with clients to understand and resolve any problems that may arise.
- Facilitate commercial data reporting.

- High level of compliance and attention to detail.
- Process driven with a consistent and logical approach to completing tasks and following procedures.
- Good communication skills, able to work collaboratively both internally and externally.
- Strong customer service focus and persistent in problem solving and seeing tasks through to completion.
- Self-controlled and non-confrontational when handling challenging situations.
- Proactive and fast learner, able to take on new information quickly.
