We are currently looking for a Finance Administrator to join Hyper Recruitment Solutions based in the Loughton, Essex area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful, fast growing company with ambitious plans for the future. This is a newly created position providing support to the finance and operations team and reports directly to the Financial Controller. As the Finance Administrator you will be responsible for
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Finance Administrator will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Invoice processing
2. Assisting with the preparation of payment runs, allocating payments and debtor reporting
3. Performing day to day office admin tasks such as ordering/procuring office supplies
4. Assisting with ad hoc HR administration
5. Raising I.T. helpdesk tickets
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Finance Administrator we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Eye for detail. driven, and can-do attitude
2. Ability to manage your own workload, multi task and prioritise effectively
3. Finance/General admin experience an advantage
4. Competent in the use of I.T
