An urgent requirement for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join a leading local authority in London.

Essential Experience
  • Technical support from a service desk perspective, resolving issues through telephone and email
  • Supporting a large user base
  • MS Office tools- SharePoint, Outlook, Exchange, and Active Directory
  • Providing support with mobile & tablet devices such as iPad, iPhone, Blackberry, MobileIron and MDM
  • MITEL telephony set-up and configuration
  • VMware Horizon, 10 Zip & vSphere
