Our Company:

We are currently recruiting for a talented Compliance Officer for a fast growing team, based in our vibrant office located in the heart of Brentwood, Essex. The ideal candidate will have a positive energy, a passion for compliance, and a fantastic eye for detail. Experience dealing with Medical Locums or Nursing is preferred however not necessary as long as experience is within the healthcare sector.

The role:

The position is to support one of our busiest recruitment teams with guiding candidates through the compliance process and ensuring that they adhere to all legislation and framework requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that candidates are fully compliant and are able to work.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be great at building rapport with candidates, have a good knowledge of compliance within the healthcare sector, and have the drive to achieve targets.

This position will include:
  • Compliance officer will contact candidates, using different forms of communication, to ensure they are following the compliance processes
  • Compliance officer will complete DBS checks
  • Compliance officer will obtain references and employment verification
  • Compliance officer will ensure candidates are fully trained across all UK Skills for health requirements
  • Compliance officer will conduct interviews with candidates to ensure suitability for the roles and various other competencies
  • Compliance officer will maintain compliance files and ensuring all documents are kept up to date
  • Compliance officer will deal with queries from the Recruitment teams
  • Compliance officer will assist with annual audits

Working Hours:

08:30 to 17:30 - Monday to Friday

Full time, permanent opportunity. Basic salary of £18,000 - £20,000 dependant on experience.

Due to the nature of our industry; you may be required to work additional hours to meet the operational requirements of the organisation.
