We're looking for someone to step up and take the role of Data & Insight Manager based in Tadworth. This role pays £38,000 - £40,000 per annum dependent on experience, working 37.5 hours per week. Please note that if successful for this role you will be subject to a DBS Enhanced with Children's barred list check.

The main purpose of a Data & Insight Manager is to develop, maintain and manage quality data that will be used to support marketing campaigns. By you providing reports, analysis and insights into the data collected, we can turn insight into action. Duties include:

• Managing and Developing the CRM Database

o Identify areas of improvement

o Data hygiene

o Map out and document key processes

o Manage access permissions and privileges

• Reporting, Analysis and Insight

o Develop models to forecast and predict performance

o Suggest recommendations

o Streamline communications

o Identify and analyse key trends to help with the fundraising strategy

o Analysis of lifetime value for donor recruitment

o Develop KPIs

• Managing Imports and Exports on the CRM

o Manage data imports and exports to and from CRM

o Cleanse data and run routine quality checks

o Managing HMRC gift aid submissions and in house direct debit claims

• Data Governance and Regulations

o Review and maintain data governance and retention policies

o Ensure data practice is in line with current data protection policies

o Reporting any data breaches

• Limits of Authority and Problem Solving

o Annual data and insight planning and budgeting

o Raising any risks of the plan

o Delivering projects within budget

o Setting you own priorities and managing workload within a set time frame

• Attend and contribute to regular team meetings

REQUIRED

• Experience in CRM database management and development E.G. thanksQ

• Advanced excel skills, analytical mind set, numeracy skills

• Organised

• Knowledge of data protection and regulations

DESIRABLE

• Complex data analysis

• Managing large data sets through tools like SQL

• Gift aid rules and process

• Direct debit rules and process

• Fundraising code of practice

• Educated to degree level
