We are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to support the wider finance function with all aspects of day to day accounting.

You will be working for an established, successful organisation that offers a bespoke service to their clients. Our client values customer service and maintains a positive and supportive working environment.

Main duties include:
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Generating Purchase orders
  • Posting all supplier payments
  • Reconciling supplier accounts
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Processing expenses
  • Processing credit card statements
  • Petty cash

Experience:
  • Previous Accounts experience
  • Confident use of Word, Excel and other packages
  • Previous Office experience

Candidates should have experience of working in an accounts environment with proven purchase ledger experience. Applicants should also have strong IT skills, good organisation, good numeracy and good attention to detail.
