An internationally-renowned supplier of a range of coding and marking solutions to a variety of industries from Automotive to food is currently recruiting for an Electronics Design Engineer to work on a variety of projects alongside their R&D Team.

This position is working for a well renowned growing global leading organisation and is based in Cambridgeshire and commutable from Cambridge, Peterborough, St Ives, Huntingdon, Royston, Melbourne and more.

Reporting to the Electronics Team Lead, this person would join the Electronics Engineering department and would be involved with all aspects of Electronics Design used within products, focusing on New Product Development

The Senior Electronics Design Engineer - Analogue & Digital will be responsible for: -

*Designing and supporting electronic systems used within products, with cost reduction as a focus.
*Supporting other Engineers in the department, such as SW and Mechanical Engineers to deliver the entire system.
*Designing and constructing PCBs, with thermal, power, EMC and signal integrity.
*Creating and developing tests to ensure product changes are reliable and fit for purpose.

The successful candidate for this Electronics Design Engineer - Analogue & Digital Job will ideally have:

*Experience with designing and developing products in the Electronics Industry - a few years -minimum experience.
*High Speed Digital, Analogue, PSUs, MCU and glue logic experience.
*Ability to write Firmware for 8 bit / 16 bit MCUs, ideally in C or assembler.
*Experience with designing and constructing PCBs, with thermal, power, EMC and signal integrity in mind.
*Experience with schematic capture, simulation and layout techniques.
