Major UK IT firm are looking for a Head of Service Delivery / Service Management to own the Unified Comms area of their offering. Managing key relationships with global companies you will ensure the smooth running of service and be accountable for driving improvements and developing the partnership.

Along with the client element of the role you will also have the opportunity to drive and motivate a team made up of UC Engineers on client sites and out in the field. The team are performing well yet will benefit from the guidance and support of an experienced Service Delivery Manager.

The expectation is that suitable applicants will come from a solid SDM / Service Management background. You will know how to manage customers, be confident setting SLAs and be familiar with ensuring contractual obligations are met from the point of view of a service provider. Negotiation, influencing and people management skills are to be expected along with a drive to improve and better an already good service.

The preference is that you know UC, ideally having worked for a company which provides voice, video, IM or conferencing solutions. You will be familiar with UC products from the likes of Cisco, Unify, Avaya, Mitel and Microsoft and have a keen interest to remain within this advancing area of Telecoms.

In return for your skills and experience you will hold a valued and pivotal role within this growing organisation. You will be home based with travel to client or company offices fully expensed. You will also receive a good benefits package with 35 days annual leave, a 10-20% bonus and a car allowance.
