Job description:

We are currently looking for a Project Manager, who will be accountable for delivery of Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) , RIS and Enterprise Imaging Solutions to customers based in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

At Agfa work is never dull, no week is the same. As a Project manager you will deliver projects in a timely, qualitative and cost-effective manner, by project budgeting, planning, monitoring and steering.

Our Project Manager is responsible for:

•Delivering projects and providing project documentation as required by the universally recognised ISO quality standards
•Project budgeting, managing the project financials through business intelligence reports, initiating project invoicing and ensuring revenue recognition
•Ensuring good governance by identifying and mitigating project risks and issues and ensuring good communication e.g. through steering committee and project meetings
•Coordinating internal and external resources as part of the project deliverables
•Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers
•Managing customer expectations and acting as their first point of contact for the project
•Identifying business opportunities in addition to the project's scope
•Implementing lessons learned and sharing best practices with your colleagues

Required profile:

Who are we looking for?

•You hold a graduate degree or equivalent experience
•You are a Prince 2 Practitioner or hold a similar PMI certification
•You are experienced with delivering large scale clinical IT projects and managing a project team, within the UK
•You have a good understanding of technical IT systems and you are experienced with MS Projects and Excel
•You are familiar with project budgeting and project forecasting

•You perform well under pressure and prioritise to meet deadlines
•You have excellent organisational skills and you can work on multiple projects simultaneously
•You have strong inter-personal skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels
•You consider quality a key value and you go the extra mile to build lasting relationships with customers
•You are fluent in English (written and oral)
