Key Account Manager - London & the South

60,000 + package

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join a leading Service Provider to take over a portfolio of contracts within London & the South. The portfolio is comprised of blue chip clients with a total value of £4 million including additional projects & extra works. Total Facilities Management responsibility. You will have responsibility for a team of 30 with 6 reports, covering HSE, Compliance & KPI Performance as your team. Developing the contract by building client relationships, gaining their confidence in order to grow the scope of services; resulting in profitable sustainable growth.

You will have experience in the Facilities Sector, and have a proven track record of running an autonomous business with full Profit & Loss accountability.

Ideally from a Hard Services background (M+E) you will have an understanding of the following:

* Mechanical & Electrical Services - PPM & Reactive

* Integrated Services - Cleaning, Reception, Post room, grounds maintenance

* Managing Projects & Extra Works

* conducting service review meetings and delivering KPI performance data within review meetings.

* recruited and developed your own team, including you personally conducting forums for training, personal development & leadership

* have experience in Sales & Business Development either through up selling on existing contracts or by developing new opportunities.
