Job Title: Digital Product Manager

Location: Forbury Place, Reading

Salary: £43,200 - £65,500 depending on skills and experience + annual bonus

Permanent | Full Time Hours with flexible working patterns available

Our Role

Our platform team sits at the heart of our digital studio, enabling our product teams to deliver the world-class digital experiences our customers expect.

As Product Manager for our platform team, you'll define and deliver our cloud strategy, prioritise API delivery across our product teams, implement our identity platform and drive adoption of a modern tech stack. And that's just day one. Working day-to-day with a talented set of engineers, testers and UX designers across the Digital Studio, you'll use lean, modern product management practices to enable experiences our customers love.

Some of your responsibilities will include;

- Creating, maintaining and sharing a platform vision, strategy and outcomes-based roadmap and backlog.

- Working with our product teams to understand their needs and translating these into platform outcomes.

- Working with the platform team to deliver platform increments using agile techniques.

- Measuring and articulating value created, prioritising work to maximise both customer and business value.

- Contributing to the overall product management capability as it continues to mature.

Your Skills and Experience

You'll have extensive experience working in agile teams, owning the vision and backlog for part of a digital experience. You'll be happiest when working with technical teams, familiar with API design patterns, CI/CD and cloud technology with a good working knowledge of digital technology stacks. You'll have your finger on the pulse of industry trends and a knack for understanding applications of upcoming technologies. You'll be comfortable using analytics to understand customer behaviour, and you'll use all this insight to drive an experimental approach how we deliver.
