UNICEF launched its first ever UK in-house face-to-face fundraising campaign in 2017. Having established a successful national operation across 4 regions, we are now looking for a new National Deputy Campaign Manager to help us deliver outstanding results for children!

The Role:

As the National In-House Deputy Campaign Manager, you will be working alongside The National In-House Campaign Manager and other Senior Management Team.

You'll be supporting the delivery of industry leading results by monitoring and evaluating the performance of the street-fundraising teams across Bristol, Glasgow, Leeds and Manchester, as well as leading the campaigns new Private Sites and Events fundraising activity.

Additionally, you will be responsible for line managing Regional Managers, as well as supporting the Recruitment and development of Senior Team Leader/Coaches, Team Leaders and Fundraisers, and supporting Unicef in-house's positive, quality and supporter-focused fundraising culture.

The successful candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience managing face-to-face fundraising teams, preferably of in-house street fundraising teams.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing street fundraising teams successfully through; recruitment, training, coaching and motivating teams to deliver on robust KPIs.
  • Willingness to travel around the UK supporting fundraising teams as required, including overnight stays
  • A good level of knowledge of IOF compliance and standards
