Future Education is currently hiring energetic, dedicated, resilient and calm SEN TAs who are available to start a new post in the SEN department of a Secondary School in Bromley in September. If you are the type of individual who can lead with clear examples and have a positive attitude to learning, we would love to hear from you. You would be working with pupils with varying conditions, for example: dyslexia and behavioural issues. The role is based within an impressive school that aims to engage and enthuse their pupils to have clear goals and aspirations. This school boasts exceptional facilities and has a great learning environment to accommodate their pupils.

These roles are temporary contract roles and for the right SEN teaching Assistant, there could be a permanent post. These roles are full time but again, for the right SEN TA a couple of the posts could be part time.

We are looking for the following;
  • You have worked with children or vulnerable adults with special educational needs
  • You have worked with students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
  • You are calm and patient
  • You have great resilience and the ability to cope under pressure
  • You are able to support teachers & individual special needs students with day to day learning and development
  • You are able to build a strong rapport with students
  • You are safety conscious at all times & able to adjust to potential hazards

To be considered for these exciting opportunities, apply ASAP with your updated CV. Additionally, as these roles are to commence in September you must be able to register with Future Education so you can be made compliant to work in a school!
