HR Systems Manager - ResourceLink

Circa £40,000 per annum, plus benefits including 5% pension, 25 days holiday (plus stats), Civil Service Pension Scheme (approx. 15% employer defined benefit employer contribution), enhanced sickness, maternity and paternity leave, and other perks

HR Systems and Data Manager possessing experience in HR Systems, HR MI and Data Analysis and Reporting skills required on a permanent basis by prestigious not for profit sector organisation based in Central London. The HR Systems Manager will act as a subject matter expert and systems manager for the HR and Payroll applications used by the 1400 staff within the organisation; primarily ResourceLink, working closely with the HR, Payroll, IT and systems vendors

Key skills:
- Experience with HR & Payroll Systems analysis and administration, ideally with NGA ResourceLink
- Strong HR MI Analysis and Reporting skills and experience, ideally with Cognos Reporting
- Understanding of ATS and LMS applications
- Collaborative and communicative, able to build rapport, support and train systems users
- Strong knowledge of HR, payroll and pensions data
