Marketing Manager - Windsor - £35,000 - £45,000

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our busy and growing client in Windsor. Working in a small office environment you will be responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives. Using market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Overseeing the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.

We're looking for someone with experience in a similar role and ideally you will have knowledge of the technology industry and how the IT channel works, having experience of working with IT Vendors and Re-sellers. In return this role will offer you a broad range of marketing initiatives and the chance to take full responsibility to lead the marketing for this new and exciting business, continuing to develop plans and campaigns. Building relationships with the partners/clients is also key in helping to drive the business forward with different ideas and strategies.

Defining and working to a clear Marketing plan
Preparing online and print marketing campaigns
Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services
Overall responsibility for brand management and partner identity
Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
Works with the other areas of the business to develop detailed marketing plans
Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, newsletters, and other marketing-related projects
Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans
Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentation
