~ Monday - Friday ~ Temp To Perm ~ 9:00am - 5:30pm ~

About our client:

Our client is an exclusive importer of premium motorcycle parts sold to the motorcycle trade including distributors and dealers worldwide. They are a vastly growing company looking for the right person to join their team as an Administrator.

About The Administrator Role:

Working in a busy well established automotive parts distribution office at our client at Tong Industrial Park in Baildon - BD17.

The position will include managing your own admin desk in a busy department, ensuring invoices/delivery notes are correct and data inputting.

To be successful in this role, strong communication skills are essential. You must also be organised and able to manage a heavy workload under pressure in what can sometimes be a noisy environment, ensuring that all information is processed efficiently and accurately.

This Administrator role requires a candidate who has good attention to detail and a good sense of humour.

Duties of the Administrator:
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Dealing with invoice queries via email and telephone
  • Data entry and filing
  • Good Microsoft office skills & compiling spreadsheets
  • Processing payments (use of Sage)
  • Raising invoices
  • Checking delivery notes to invoices
  • Credit control & chasing invoices
  • Processing payment for invoices

The Person:
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good sense of humour
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and alone
  • Good communication skills
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word)
  • Be responsive to colleague/customer queries and able to deal with in an efficient manor
  • Ability to work to a high standard of accuracy in a busy office environment
  • Work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
  • Be able to adapt to customer's ever changing demands

Preferred but not Essential:
  • Previous use of Sage and processing payments (Not essential as full training provided)
  • An interest in motorcycles
