The Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager on behalf of of a Global business with international headquarters based in Milton Keynes.

The Role

As Finance Manager you will take responsibility for collating and managing the production of the financial accounts for the business and supporting the production of the reconciliations and group reporting. Day to day duties will consist of: managing the timely and accurate production of the monthly and quarterly group reporting; providing insight to management through financial planning and analysis in support of business decisions; manage and develop one direct report; maintain all financial controls and systems within the business, identifying and recommending potential operational efficiencies and improvements to working practices and procedures; manage the month-end timetable and cut-ff procedures to ensure accurate and timely input into the month-end accounts process across our business; preparation of company accounts for UK and US operations; ensure accurate and timely submission of all relevant company returns and payments to statutory authorities such as PAYE and VAT returns; liaise with external auditors to ensure preparation of audit files and relevant schedules for the annual audit; commercial development including client discussions, forecasting, contract review and pricing.

Your Profile

You will be a dynamic, entrepreneurial and energetic Qualified Accountant ideally looking for your first move from a Practice Environment and into industry with a proactive and flexible approach and with a proven ability and experience in financial accounting and reporting. You will be able to manage workloads and deadlines efficiently and produce high quality work and you will be resilient with a high level of business acumen. Salary & Benefits

Role of Finance Manager in Milton Keynes is paying £40-45K + Bonus + Benefits
