Purchase Ledger Clerk - North Lincolnshire - Up to £20,000 - £22,000

Chase and Holland are working with a leading, international business based in Scunthorpe to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their small, friendly finance team for an initial 9- 12-month maternity contract. However, for the right candidate there is strong potential for the role to develop and become a permanent position.

Reporting directly into the Financial Controller, your key responsibilities will include:
  • All aspects of the Purchase Ledger including matching, batching and coding invoices manually and through an electronic scanning system
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Bank statement processing
  • Liaising with suppliers and be the first point of contact
  • Various ad - hoc duties

Our client is looking for someone who is:
  • Experienced in a similar Purchase Ledger role
  • AAT studying, qualified or OBE
  • IT literate including competent using Excel
  • Accurate in your work and take pride in what you do
