This brand new opportunity as Digital Marketing Manager requires a hugely talented and innovative individual with the ability to understand the market and tap into the huge potential business out there.

As an experienced Digital Marketing professional, you will have a strong understanding of paid online acquisition channels with a creative approach to organic traffic growth.This leadership opportunity will have responsibility to managing a team, owning KPIs and working collaboratively with specialised marketers and talented tech individuals to build a scalable experimentation platform.

Digital Marketing Manager - key requirements:

·Significant digital marketing experience managing diverse campaigns and growing a digital audience

·Strong analytical skills in interpreting strategic data and visual representation of data

·A/B testing experience

·Experience with Google Analytics, Hubspot and Mixpanel

·Strong understanding of attribution modelling with proficiency in vlookups, pivot tables, PowerPivot

·Exceptional communication

·Resourceful, resilient, experimental nature with the ability to fit into a dynamic start-up environment

Digital Marketing Manager - key responsibilities:

·Drive new user acquisition

·Plan, execute and manage campaigns across paid channels including:

a.Google, email, SEM, SEO, retargeting, paid social etc

b.Organic campaigns including earned media / PR, influencer development and cultivation of word-of-mouth

c.Website conversation including keyword strategy, metadata optimization, form optimization and landing page development

d.Governance and administration of new datasets

·Working closely with a performance marketing agency

·Identifying highest-impact testing opportunities

·Optimizing campaigns towards target KPIs and attribution models

·Managing growth KPIs

·Leading a team of marketers, sales operations staff, UX researchers, data analysts and a growth product manager
