If you have CRM marketing experience, this role might well be an appropriate career opportunity forward, for you. If you also have a working knowledge of 'Salesforce' or can get yourself up to speed on 'Salesforce' that would be even better.

Our client is a well-established UK business within the 'Skin Rejuvenating' market place, and they own 70+ chain of clinics, within slightly different brands, across the UK. Collectively they treat over 25000 patients / clients each month, and are enjoying strong growth.They have recently acquired another smaller group of regional clinics, and are integrating and streamlining brands to ensure continued and future market dominance.

The role is a marketing role and is responsible for the 'customer relationship management' of the client base, as the company expands their clinic network throughout the UK. Building lasting relationships with the client base has never been more important to them, as it is now.

This is a pivotal role, and has high visibility within the organisation. One of he first tasks to to lead on the integration of the existing CRM systems, into Sales Force. The company has also recently bought out another chain of clinics which has its CRM on another system. hence this role is heavily weighted to be appropriate for a CRM and 'SalesForce' data mastermind.

After the integration, which will probably take quite a few months, the role will continue along the following pathway:

The person: We are looking for an experienced, passionate and driven CRM marketer/product manager, with a strong digital media focus, to join the marketing team based in the Birmingham area.

In this role you will lead the CRM (customer relationship management) strategy, developing customer journeys and executing / implementing compelling campaigns to drive sales and growth and helping evolve the business focus on after care and loyalty. You will also lead national and local campaigns and help evolve data and customer insight.

You will be responsible for 'customer journey mapping', analysing touch points with the organisation, maximising commercial opportunities and working with the business to evolve the retention and after care client propositions.

What we are looking for in you:

• Extensive experience of direct and digital marketing. You do not have to have worked in the aesthetic or healthcare industry.

• Strong marketing background in customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies

• A confident and articulate communicator, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence people

• Be inspirational, curious, determined, and reliable

• Previous hands on experience of working with Salesforce & Marketing Cloud would be a big advantage
