Purchase Ledger Clerk



£9.75 per hour Monday to Friday

My Client is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their established team based in Kettering.

Duties of a Purchase Ledger Clerk:
  • Processing weekly paperwork received from clients
  • Assisting in the day to day running of Purchase Ledger
  • Statement Reconciliations
  • Contacting Suppliers with any queries
  • Assist in Supplier Payment run preparation
  • Assist in preparation of accruals for month end accounts
  • Ad hoc accounting duties

Essential Skills of a Purchase Ledger Clerk:
  • Excellent knowledge of excel as the majority of work is excel based
  • Excellent communication Skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work to deadlines and be organised
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
