We have an exciting opportunity for an Information & Data Officer to join us on a full time, 12 month fixed term contract. You will sit within the Think Family Team which is responsible for data collation, interrogation and analysis to demonstrate the impact of the range of support and services working with families.

In return as our Information & Data Officer you will receive a competitive salary of £21,589 - £23,836 per annum.

About our Information & Data Officer role

This data processing work is part of the local and national evaluation requirements of the Government's Troubled Families Programme. This post will support the final year of this delivery and continuity beyond the end of the current programme.

Our ideal Information & Data Officer will have the below skills and experience:

- Level 2 qualification or equivalent

- Experience of working within a similar environment

- Experience of developing and using information systems

- Proven experience of working with highly confidential and sensitive information

- Knowledge and understanding of national and local government policies and agendas

- Good working knowledge of computer based systems including Microsoft Office

- Good knowledge in relation to information governance, data protection, health & safety and risk management

- Ability to handle and process considerable amounts of manual and computerised information ensuring accuracy of processing and safeguarding of sensitive and confidential information
