Triad's client is currently looking to engage with an experienced Software Developer on a permanent basis. You will be required to assist with the continued design and development of an order Management and Diagnostic system. You will be working in an agile environment and be involved in the entire software stack.

Your duties will include:
  • Reviewing new software requirements and existing software shortcomings.
  • Creative designing of solutions to identify problems and new requirements.
  • Implementation of tests alongside software to limit amount of future code breakage.
  • Deploying and delivering new software solutions.
  • Maintenance of current and newly developed software.

As the successful candidate you will have the following skills and experience:
  • 5 + years' experience in software development on GNU/Linux systems.
  • Strong expertise programming with Python, PHP and Javascript.
  • Experience with the following Database systems - MySQL and Oracle.
  • Experience with creating or integrating with RESTful or SOAP API's.
  • Understanding of the concept and practical implementation of unit testing.
  • Good understanding of HTML, JSON and XML.
  • Source version control using GIT.
  • Understanding of application security and secure code practices.

Desirable, but non-essential skills:
  • Salesforce CRM exposure.
  • Experience with C/C++, Java, Ruby, Bash.
  • Exposure to frameworks such as: Symfony, Django, Flask, Zato, Ruby on Rails
  • Cloud application deployment e.g. Amazon EC2.
  • Telecommunication industry experience.
