Our client is looking to hire a Business Systems Analyst to join their team based in Milton Keynes.

·Take ownership of existing systems and Data warehouse. Complete project planning/specification work and drive projects to completion to agreed timescales

·Work with business & team managers across the organisation to identify additional system/process/reporting requirements and follow through to completion where agreed

·Responsible for developing and maintaining the SQL Data Warehouse

·Control the development and maintenance of the Format Evo System

·Assisting in the development and support of the internal ERP system, (VAI S2K)

·Provide additional IT Support as a member of our internal IT Support Team

Knowledge, Training and Experience Required

·SQL Server - ability to carry out database maintenance and design including creating of new views tables and stored procedures

·Experience in SQL programming and ETL process

·Excellent understanding of SSIS

·Background of working with large data structures and data modelling

·Any additional scripting/programming skills required

·Excellent Excel skills including complex formulas, scenario modelling and macros

·Microsoft Query

·Strong data analysis and presentation skills

·Excel VBA Macro Programming

·Exposure to IBM programming platform and GoAnywhere services are an advantage

·Education to degree level or equivalent most likely in a business, business information systems or IT related area

·At least 12 months of hands on experience working in a busy office environment
