Red Flag Recruitment are seeking experienced Insurance Representatives to join a growing company based in Brighton.

This is a permanent role for an immediate start

The role of an Insurance Representative:
  • Cold-call prospective customers and qualify leads.
  • Maintain relationships and introduce new services to customers.
  • Close sales or hand off qualified leads to appropriate resources.
  • Work closely with team managers to resolve issues arising from customer calls and ensure highest level of customer service is provided.
  • Regularly meet and exceed set sales targets and KPI's.

Working Days: Monday to Friday 10.00am-6.00pm

Pay: £19,500/annum + Uncapped commission

Requirements of an Insurance Representative:
  • 1-2 years previous telesales/call center experience.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Product knowledge - need to be able to deliver strong knowledge about insurance and warranty services.
  • Solid time management skills.
  • Resilient and highly motivated.
