Julian House is an organisation with a fantastic reputation for delivering high quality services to vulnerable people across the South West. This includes adults and young people who have been socially excluded through experiencing homelessness, domestic abuse, long term unemployment, offending and other complex needs.

To continue to deliver these services, we need someone with the passion, drive and experience to ensure performance levels are demonstrably high and partnerships - both statutory and voluntary - are well looked after.

Julian House staff go above and beyond to ensure our clients have the best possible outcomes and we are looking for someone with the same values and ethos. Travel across our areas of service delivery is required.

You would be part of the On-call function to provide telephone support in emergencies to services across the organisation, on a rota of 1 week in 4, with other Service Development Managers and the Operations Director.

This role has a notice period of 3 months.
