I am partnering a contemporary lifestyle brand to find a Manager for their store located in Liverpool.

As a Store Manager you will oversee all aspects of store operations; including sales, profitability, recruiting, maintenance and inventory control as well as ensuring excellent customer service is delivered.

You will improve the overall business performance and achieve objectives through effective management, leadership and development of the people in your team.

Oversee the store's day-to-day operations
Deliver memorable customer service and exceptional product knowledge
Ensure all KPI targets & expectations are delivered
Ensure costs are kept to a minimum & stock loss is in within company guidelines
Regularly analyse sales performance, maximising strengths & reviewing poor performance to establish an action plan for improvement
Maintain inspiring visual merchandising in store as per guidelines
Recruit, lead, motivate and inspire your team to succeed in store as well as support them in developing their careers with the brand
Ensuring that the store is always on top of the competition buy being commercial focused Manage all legalities & Health & Safety of the business
Network effectively with internal and external stakeholders

In return my client will offer a salary of up to £29,000 plus a great bonus and benefits package
