National Sales Manager

Overall responsibility of UK sales in a highly respected family business. With a team of 5 area managers, you will develop key and wholesale accounts while sustaining around 1000 current customers.

The core responsibilities include:
  • Management of sales team (5 people)
  • Partner/Supplier relationships
  • Providing monthly reporting to suppliers
  • Developing promotional activity * Product promotional cycle activity
  • Price analysis & setting
  • Sales & performance reporting (up to board level)

Essential skills required:

· Good management skills

· Good IT Skills (proficient MS office, Sage, CRM)

· Excellent team working

· Excellent analysis ability (Product & Market) & analytical skills

· Rational decision making

· Previous Key Account experience

· Hands-on attitude to problem solving and working as part of a team

· Clean driving licence

Desired skills required:

· Sage (Line 50)

· Graphics manipulation for promotional materials

· Languages

Required Experience:

· Prior sales leading

· Experience of working in a heavily regulated industry
