We are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk/Finance to work on a part time basis for a fantastic company based north of Norwich. Working hours will be 20 hours either Monday - Wednesday or Wednesday to Friday.
  • Match purchase orders to invoices.
  • Code and enter supplier invoices on system.
  • Set up new supplier accounts.
  • Supplier statement reconciliation.
  • Raising monthly sales invoices
  • Prepare monthly supplier bacs payment run.
  • Input direct debit payments onto supplier accounts.
  • Process manual payments.
