An analytical, energetic and forward thinking marketing manager is required for Hunters' friendly and prestigious client, a specialist automotive company.The Marketing Manager must be confident in providing and implementing strategic, evidence-based marketing solutions, developing annual marketing strategies and managing all elements of the marketing mix.

The Marketing Manager must be analytical and data driven, as well as having strong experience in internal communications and people management. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a vibrant and growing company where you'll play a key role in further developing the brand in the UK and internationally.

The Marketing Manager will be

• Be creative, hands on, proactive, problem solving with a "can do" attitude

• Confidently manage the marketing budget

• Have success in analysing campaign performance and driving mid-campaign optimisations to boost engagement

• Demonstrate a strategic understanding of the marketing function (brand management, advertising and promotion); and a strong understanding of multi-channel brand management

• Be committed to your own development and maintain awareness of trends, changes and the latest "buzz" in marketing field that relate to the automotive and classic car market - using this knowledge to deliver commercial growth marketing strategies and activities

• Be an excellent team player and communicator, maintaining discipline and have the ability to work autonomously day to day

The key responsibilities of a Marketing Manager include, but are not limited to:

• Taking responsibility for brand management including planning, development, and execution

• Developing annual marketing and creative strategy plan across international markets: managing all elements of the marketing mix, brand positioning, marketing communications

• Designing internal and external comms strategy around the brand values and brand statement

• Building and maintaining effective working relationships with key advertising/media agencies to ensure marketing concepts are delivered to creative brief

• Providing consistent structure across brand media and social platforms on tone of voice, international consistency of content strategy adopted by key markets

• Performing consumer and competitor research and business analysis, ensuring we remain ahead of our competition

• Analysing brand effectiveness, understanding the outcomes of brand marketing spending

• Comfortable coaching your team in best practice and supporting their own growth.
